Position Title: Junior Coordinator/Product Manager II
Number of Positions Needed: 1
Length of Contract: 6 months (though end of 2026)
Location/Site: Mettawa, IL
Remote, 100% Onsite, or Hybrid Onsite Schedule: Hybrid, 3 days a week in-office (Tue.-Thurs.)

1 Translate strategy into structured, executable frameworks and operating models
2. Design scalable workflows, templates, and repeatable process systems
3. Develop clear, actionable business and operational requirements
4. Create artifacts and structured documentation systems from exec-ready, director level and manager level audiences
5. Enable cross-functional execution through workflow design, governance, and coordination
