Summary
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Product Manager to bridge the gap between business and technology by leading the planning, development, and delivery of enterprise IT products and solutions. This role is responsible for aligning technology initiatives with business objectives, managing the full product lifecycle, and driving collaboration across cross-functional teams. A key focus of this position is supporting Sales and Commercial technology products, making prior experience delivering solutions for sales organizations essential. The ideal candidate combines strong product management expertise, Agile experience, and a passion for delivering innovative, user-focused technology solutions that create measurable business value.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales, Commercial, and business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, gather requirements, and translate business needs into technology solutions.
  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for technology products that support sales processes, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities while aligning initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Manage the complete product lifecycle from ideation and planning through delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through product design, development, implementation, and release activities.
  • Drive Agile product management practices, including backlog management, sprint planning, prioritization, and continuous improvement.
  • Analyze market trends, emerging technologies, and user feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and product enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation, ensuring accessibility and usability for stakeholders and end users.
  • Collaborate with internal technology teams, business partners, vendors, and third-party providers to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Define, monitor, and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) including user adoption, customer satisfaction, business value, ROI, time-to-market, delivery performance, and product success metrics.
  • Support strategic IT planning by identifying opportunities to improve business processes through technology.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in Product Management, Technology Management, or a similar IT leadership role.
  • Required experience managing technology products that support Sales, Commercial, or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) teams.
  • Experience partnering directly with Sales leadership and business stakeholders to define product strategy and prioritize enhancements.
  • Proven experience managing the full product lifecycle from strategy through execution and continuous improvement.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum, and modern product management practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using data and KPIs to drive decisions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to balance technical understanding with business strategy to deliver impactful technology solutions.
