Summary The Product Manager, IT will be an integral role required for the implementation and market offering of innovative enterprise solutions with focus on product vision, roadmap, and strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains issues log and project schedule, and assures adequate project staffing.
  • Conducts meetings with appropriate JHS staff to discuss project status, progress, issues, and to ensure project milestones are delivered.
  • Creates and maintains documentation for PMO standards and processes.
  • Proactively identifies market opportunities, performs competitive analysis and captures product feedback from customers.
  • Gathers market and customer requirements.
  • Based on this information, acts as a customer advocate to articulate users needs and defend the need for the new product.
  • Clearly defines the business value, objectives and Key Results (KPIs) to the product team and drives to product success based on key metrics.
  • Drives alignment across cross-functional teams and create clarity in the face of ambiguity.
  • Collects, curates, and promotes the most relevant ideas into features.
  • Manages features and dependencies in and across releases.
  • Manages releases with phases and milestones.
  • Demonstrates behaviors of service excellence and CARE values (Compassion, Accountability, Respect and Expertise).
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Experience Generally requires 5 to 7 years of related experience.

Education Bachelors degree in related field is required.
