The Product Manager IV will be a strategic product leader and servant facilitator, responsible for shaping, validating, and delivering digital solutions that enhance both the patient and clinician experience. This role will specifically be dedicated to Salesforce function, providing strategy, design and value to our many Salesforce environments for Products & Services, Hanger Clinic and Enterprise areas.
The Product Manager IV will lead empowered, cross-functional product teams and champion lean product practices, lean / iterative delivery, and continuous discovery with the goal to build outcomes that matter — not just features that ship.

Your Impact
- Lead Modern Product Development: Guide cross-functional teams using agile, human-centered, and data-informed product management practices.
- Shape Product Vision and Strategy: Partner with leadership to define and communicate a compelling product vision aligned with Hanger’s mission.
- Drive Discovery and Experimentation: Collaborate with design and engineering to validate assumptions through interviews, prototypes, and measurable experiments.
- Prioritize with Purpose: Maintain a living product roadmap and backlog that balance user needs, business value, and technical sustainability.
- Deliver Measurable Outcomes: Define success metrics and ensure each release delivers tangible value to clinicians, patients, or operations.
- Enable High-Performing Teams: Act as a servant leader — facilitating sprint events, clearing blockers, and fostering a culture of trust, growth, and accountability.
- Partner Across the Business: Work closely with manufacturing, clinical, operational, and technical teams to ensure alignment and impact across the organization.
- Manage External Relationships: Identify and evaluate third-party partners, negotiate agreements, and oversee integrations that enhance product capabilities.
- Launch, Measure, and Learn: Lead post-launch validation to confirm performance, gather feedback, and inform continuous improvement.
- Communicate with Clarity: Present product insights, results, and learnings to leadership and peers with influence and transparency.
Minimum Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- MBA or equivalent experience preferred
- Salesforce Application Architect, AI Architect or equivalent is preferred
Experience:
- 5+ years leading agile, cross-functional product teams
- Experience leading and strategies in Salesforce / CRM areas and integrations into ERP and other systems.
- Proven success defining and delivering digital products using lean, agile, or Pivotal-style practices

- Skilled in business analysis, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision making
- Familiarity with tools like Jira (Atlassian Tools), Lucid, or similar platforms
