Ideal Candidate:

Product Manager

• 7-8 years’ experience
• Working with service assurance partners to address technical issues
• Self- starter, independent
• Work with partners, absorb technical need and work with team to address issues
• Wireless experience is a big plus

Product Owner

• 5-7 years’ experience
• Creating requirements & user stories
• Ability to address system issues & understand how API’s work
• Assist with production support (triage)
• Must be flexible because the nature of their team will require them to triage issues as they come up and then get back to original task
