Title: Product Manager - Lead
Location: Mclean, NYC, or Chicago – hybrid. 
Duration: 11 months – Possibility for extension.
Pay Range: $70-75/hr on W2 without benefits

 
Project Overview:
Looking for support on associate experience team. Employee experience team to help them do best possible work. They are working on their integrations, for all acquisitions. A product lead to own their work, making decisions with confidence. How to get data from point A to B, working with lots of data.
Adie Magnuson is based in Chicago.
They work with engineering and design. Specifically – architecture, program mgmt., project mgmt., risk and cyber.
This person will work closely with Abby and Adie to handle some of the work. They would need to own the work, this individual would need to ramp up the integration work. Work with users for implementations of the deliverables. Someone who can talk and quickly understand User Experience.
 
Responsibilities:
Execute the target state employee experience of two companies integrating, with a special focus on helping the employee experience through data migrations
Define user journeys based on personas and break down user journeys into a backlog of work for cross-functional teams to execute
Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams to define requirements, problem-solve, prioritize features, deliver solutions, and consider risk implications
Provide extensive user support throughout the integration - including live troubleshooting, building change management materials, and leading trainings to support user adoption
Evaluate user data to understand the efficacy of integration and make decisions based on that data

Must Have Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
At least 5 years of product management experience or at least 5 years of experience in product management.
Exceptional communication skills
Experience with User Experience, User Journey, User support, Employee experience or User Adoption.
Experience in a highly regulated industry
Experience in M&As or company integrations
Familiarity with backend of Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, especially with data migrations between systems
