Automotive Aftermarket, Retail, B2B Commerce, or eCommerce experience is highly preferred.
The Product Manager will own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of enterprise Product Data and MDM/PIM platforms while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable software solutions that improve catalog quality, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
The successful candidate will lead Agile product delivery, prioritize business requirements, manage product backlogs, support platform enhancements, and drive enterprise product data initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Own the product roadmap for Product Data, Catalog, and MDM/PIM platforms.
Translate business objectives into scalable software solutions.
Partner with Engineering teams to drive Agile delivery.
Define and manage Product Backlogs, Epics, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
Drive product discovery, prioritization, and release planning.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, UX, Operations, and Data Governance teams.
Support platform enhancements, integrations, APIs, and data workflows.
Define product KPIs, OKRs, and success metrics.
Support enterprise initiatives related to Product Catalog and Master Data Management.
Represent Product Management during strategic planning and cross-functional discussions.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
6+ years of IT Software Product Management or Technical Product Ownership experience.
Strong Agile/Scrum experience.
Experience managing enterprise MDM/PIM platforms including STIBO STEP, Informatica MDM, Riversand, Syndigo, or similar solutions.
Experience writing Epics, User Stories, and managing Product Backlogs.
Experience working with Engineering and Architecture teams.
Strong understanding of Product Catalog, Product Data, and Data Governance processes.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to balance business priorities with technical product delivery.
