Description The Amazon Channel Team for Ring and Blink is looking for an Outbound Product Manager to manage and develop sales and marketing strategies for Ring and Blink on Amazon.mx. You are the perfect candidate for this role if... - You have a track record of cross-team collaboration - You have a history of mentorship - You have driven successful sales strategies that hit or exceeded your goals - You use data to make the best decisions for your customers - You are a self-starter and can juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic and often ambiguous environment - You have exceptional analytical skills and enjoy solving problems and crafting solutions - You like getting your hands dirty in day-to-day tasks to get things done Key job responsibilities - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, marketing, and other internal teams to align goals and drive successful product execution. - Product Launch & Positioning: Develop and execute product launch strategies for the Amazon site, and create compelling product messaging that resonates with customers and differentiates our products on Amazon - Sales Process: Own goals around site conversion and revenue. Provide feedback to improve the experience in running promotions and campaigns. - Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the category and sales ops teams to ensure a successful go-to-market strategy on Amazon. A day in the life You will work with a cross-functional team that includes product, offline retail, finance, PR, site merchandising, and design to define, develop, and execute innovative sales and product launch strategies that drive awareness, usage and maximize sales globally. The successful candidate will be expected to think and act both strategically and tactically: from the creation of plans, to the brass tacks of execution. They will be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, and able to think big while paying careful attention to detail. This is a highly visible position that will interact at all levels of the company. You must have the ability to quickly formulate plans that are deeply backed by data and execute across many work functions simultaneously. About the team Our team supports the sale and merchandising of Ring and Blink smart security products on Amazon in the US, Canada and Mexico. Our goal is to help customers build a connected home by making it easy for them to learn and shop for Amazon smart home products. We strive to build a best-in-class shopping experience that educates customers about our products, builds goodwill, and generates ongoing loyalty. We leverage best practices across Amazon Devices teams to ensure sales growth, provide a great customer experience, and drive innovation. We also provide expertise to our subsidiary teams when it comes to understanding our customer needs and available Amazon tools and systems. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
