This role is ideal for a strategic, data-driven professional who thrives in a cross-functional environment and enjoys translating business objectives and customer needs into impactful product solutions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals
  • Evaluate market trends, customer insights, and business priorities to identify product opportunities
  • Manage the full product lifecycle from concept through launch, enhancement, and optimization
  • Gather, analyze, and prioritize product and customer requirements
  • Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and technical requirements
  • Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to deliver product initiatives
  • Facilitate alignment across stakeholders and lead product discussions and updates
  • Participate in testing and validation to ensure solutions meet business and user expectations
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics
  • Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement
  • Support go-to-market strategies including product positioning, pricing, and launch readiness

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
  • 3–5+ years of product management or related experience
  • Demonstrated experience delivering products from concept through implementation
  • Experience working cross-functionally with technical and business teams
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into structured product requirements
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or similar)
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organizational and prioritization abilities
  • Ability to influence and lead without direct authority
