Job Summary (List Format):
- 3 5 years of experience in product development, attractions development, experience design, or a related field
- Strongly preferred experience in theme parks and waterparks
- Proven experience developing physical guest experiences or attractions
- Experience collaborating with Construction, Architects & Designers, and Creative partners
- Experience leading and overseeing a team
- Experience managing external vendors
- Onsite position in Miami, FL (4 days a week required; travel required)
- 6-month contract-to-hire (CTH); no visa sponsorship available
