We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the continued evolution of application development within the Application Services organization. This role is responsible for translating business needs into a clear, actionable product backlog and partnering closely with engineering, QA, project leadership, and business stakeholders to deliver high-value enhancements across the full product lifecycle.
This Product Manager role will require strong ownership of delivery readiness, backlog prioritization, release scope, user acceptance testing, and stakeholder alignment, while also contributing to product strategy and roadmap planning. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable defining product direction, refining requirements, leading prioritization discussions, and driving execution through launch and post-release follow-up.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring work is clearly defined, prioritized, and aligned to business value, user needs, dependencies, and delivery capacity.
Partners with stakeholders and gather, refine, and document business needs, translating them into user stories, acceptance criteria, and release-ready requirements.
Lead backlog prioritization and scope decisions across multiple stakeholder groups, balancing urgency, workflow impact, operational pain points, risk, and technical considerations.
Collaborate with engineering and QA to prepare work for development, support sprint planning and refinement, and ensure product intent is carried through implementation.
Drive UAT readiness by coordinating test scenarios, validating business outcomes, supporting issue triage, and helping stakeholders prepare for release.
Partner with cross-functional teams to define release scope, sequencing, and rollout plans, recognizing that business priority must be weighed against technical complexity, capacity, and dependencies.
Monitor production feedback, support trends, user pain points, and enhancement opportunities to inform backlog updates and roadmap planning.
Help shape the product roadmap by identifying near-term improvements and longer-term opportunities that improve workflow efficiency, usability, and business value.
Serve as the primary liaison between business and technology teams, ensuring decisions, trade-offs, timelines, and risks are communicated clearly.
Support change readiness, stakeholder communication, and adoption activities associated with new features and releases.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

5 or more years of experience in product management, product ownership, or a closely related role supporting enterprise applications -Required
Demonstrated experience managing a product backlog in an Agile or Scrum environment - Required
Strong experience translating business needs into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release scope - Required
Experience partnering with engineering, QA, and delivery teams through development, testing, deployment, and post-release support - Required
Experience leading UAT coordination and supporting release readiness activities - Required
Strong prioritization and decision-making skills, with the ability to balance business value, user impact, dependencies, and technical feasibility - Required
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills - Required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to work through ambiguity and drive clarity - Required
Experience supporting healthcare revenue cycle or related healthcare operational applications - Preferred
Experience working with workflow-based products that support multiple user groups, complex process steps, and role-based actions - Preferred
Familiarity with backlog prioritization frameworks, release planning, and continuous improvement practices - Preferred
Experience in environments that include cross-functional delivery teams and vendor or offshore coordination - Preferred
Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
