Position Title: Product Manager - Document Intelligence & Automation

Location: Remote (U.S.) | Up to 15% Travel

Clearance Requirements: None

Position Status: Full Time

Pay Rate: $120,000 - $150,000 annually

Position Description:

Seneca Resources is seeking a Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of an enterprise Document Intelligence platform transforming document-heavy workflows across the title, escrow, and real estate transaction lifecycle. This is a high-impact opportunity for a product leader with experience in AI, Machine Learning, OCR, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), and Generative AI. You will own products that automate document classification, data extraction, summarization, and workflow orchestration at scale, helping eliminate manual processes and improve operational efficiency. Working closely with AI engineers, business stakeholders, operations leaders, and compliance teams, you will drive the adoption of advanced document automation solutions while delivering measurable business outcomes.

What You'll Do:

  • Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered Document Intelligence solutions.
  • Lead initiatives focused on document classification, OCR, data extraction, intelligent page splitting, document summarization, and workflow automation.
  • Define product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog, balancing business impact, customer needs, technical complexity, and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with AI/ML engineers to develop scalable solutions leveraging OCR, Computer Vision, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Document AI technologies.
  • Establish KPIs and performance metrics, including extraction accuracy, processing throughput, automation rates, and operational efficiency improvements.
  • Collaborate with Compliance, Information Security, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure solutions meet privacy, governance, and regulatory standards.
  • Lead pilot programs, user adoption initiatives, and change management efforts to maximize business value and product success.
  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to expand automation capabilities across additional document workflows.
  • Present product strategy, roadmap updates, and business results to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Required Skills/Education:

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience delivering enterprise software, AI products, SaaS platforms, or data-driven solutions.
  • 2+ years of experience with Document AI, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), OCR, Computer Vision, Machine Learning, Generative AI, or related technologies.
  • Proven success defining product strategy and delivering products from concept through launch.
  • Experience working in highly regulated or compliance-focused environments.
  • Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to executive, operational, and technical audiences.
  • Experience using Agile methodologies and product management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Aha!, or similar.
  • Domain expertise in Title Insurance, Escrow Operations, Real Estate Technology, Mortgage Services, Financial Services, or related industries.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience with OCR platforms, document classification models, named entity recognition (NER), PDF processing, and data extraction technologies.
  • Knowledge of Responsible AI, data governance, privacy-by-design, and PII protection practices.
  • Experience driving organizational change and adoption of AI-powered business solutions.

Why This Opportunity?

  • Own a mission-critical AI product with enterprise-wide visibility.
  • Influence the future of Document AI and workflow automation.
  • Partner with senior business and technology leaders.
  • Solve complex challenges using AI, Machine Learning, OCR, and Generative AI technologies.
  • Drive measurable impact in a high-volume, document-intensive environment.
