• Write detailed user stories and ensure requirements are clearly communicated to engineering teams
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, and Agile ceremonies
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Accounting, and Technology teams to deliver high quality solutions
• Engage senior stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and successful execution of product initiatives
• Ensure accounting integrity, compliance, and financial accuracy throughout product development and implementation

Key Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of Product Management experience supporting transactional business processes
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with strong accounting knowledge
• Understanding of accounting principles including journal entries, reconciliations, month end close, accounts receivable, inventory accounting, and financial reporting
• Experience translating accounting and finance requirements into product features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Experience managing transaction flows across multiple systems including customer platforms, inventory systems, operational applications, and general ledger environments
• Proven ability to own projects end to end from discovery through production delivery
• Experience supporting highly transactional business environments
• Strong Agile experience including backlog management, sprint planning, and stakeholder prioritization
• Highly collaborative with exceptional communication and relationship management skills
• Proactive problem solver who asks thoughtful questions and clarifies complex requirements upfront

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA with Accounting or Finance emphasis
• Product Management certifications
• Experience supporting CFO, CAO, Accounting, or Finance organizations
• Experience with large scale enterprise financial systems and transactional platforms

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Comfortable working in a transparent, direct, and accountability driven culture
• Thrives when partnering with Accounting, Finance, Operations, and Technology leaders
• Possesses strong business acumen and understands how financial transactions move through enterprise systems
• Takes ownership of outcomes and follows through on commitments
• Excels at navigating ambiguity and proactively driving clarity
• Enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands on execution

Why Consider This Opportunity
