Overview

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and optimization of personalization capabilities across digital products and customer engagement channels.

This role will focus on building and scaling AI-driven personalization experiences across web, mobile, and marketing platforms. You'll work closely with engineering, data science, design, and business stakeholders to deliver customer-centric products that improve engagement, conversion, and revenue.

The ideal candidate combines strong product management expertise with a technical understanding of APIs, data platforms, system integrations, experimentation frameworks, and AI/ML-powered personalization.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Define and execute the roadmap for personalization capabilities across digital channels
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experiences using data, AI/ML, and contextual insights
  • Align product strategy with business objectives including engagement, conversion, and revenue growth
  • Manage product roadmaps, priorities, and lifecycle planning

Personalization & Recommendation Experiences

  • Build and scale personalization capabilities including:
    • Recommendations
    • Customer segmentation
    • Dynamic content
    • Cross-sell opportunities
  • Partner with data science teams to develop and optimize machine learning models
  • Leverage customer and behavioral data to deliver relevant experiences across channels

Product Execution & Delivery

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through launch and optimization
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, and business teams
  • Manage product backlogs and feature prioritization
  • Ensure successful and timely product delivery

Experimentation & Optimization

  • Drive A/B testing and experimentation initiatives
  • Analyze performance metrics and customer behavior
  • Track KPIs including:
    • Customer engagement
    • Click-through rates (CTR)
    • Conversion rates
    • Revenue impact
  • Use insights to continuously improve personalization performance

Data & Platform Integration

  • Partner with teams responsible for APIs, data platforms, and system integrations
  • Support solutions utilizing customer data and personalization platforms
  • Ensure products are scalable, secure, and aligned with data governance standards

Stakeholder Management

  • Develop executive presentations, product narratives, and business cases
  • Translate technical concepts into clear business value
  • Influence stakeholders across business and technology organizations

Required Qualifications

Experience

  • 5–7+ years of Product Management experience
  • Experience building and launching customer-facing digital products
  • Proven ownership of products across web and/or mobile platforms
  • Experience managing product roadmaps and full product lifecycle

Technical & Functional Expertise

  • Strong understanding of:
    • APIs
    • Data platforms
    • System integrations
    • Digital product ecosystems
  • Experience working with AI/ML-driven personalization or recommendation systems
  • Familiarity with machine learning concepts such as:
    • Recommendation engines
    • Segmentation
    • Propensity modeling
  • Experience partnering with data science and engineering teams

Product Analytics & Experimentation

  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
  • Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making abilities
  • Experience using KPIs to drive product strategy and optimization

Industry Experience

  • Background in one or more of the following:
    • Financial Services
    • Banking
    • Travel
    • Hospitality
    • E-commerce
    • Consumer Digital Products

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Generative AI tools and personalization applications
  • Exposure to personalization platforms or orchestration layers
  • Experience with marketing technologies and customer engagement platforms
  • Experience working in enterprise-scale environments
  • Experience supporting highly regulated industries

Compensation

$50.00 per hour
