Product Manager
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the modernization of critical enterprise platforms and drive the migration of legacy systems to next-generation technology solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and senior leadership to define product strategy, manage roadmaps, prioritize backlogs, and ensure successful delivery of platform transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities - Define and execute product vision, strategy, and modernization roadmap.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog in an Agile/SAFe environment.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver high-quality features and enhancements.
- Analyze business and platform data using SQL and reporting tools.
- Coordinate testing, deployment readiness, and platform migration activities.
- Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to leadership and stakeholders.
Required Skills - 5+ years of Product Management or Product Owner experience.
- Strong experience with Agile/SAFe methodologies.
- Hands-on knowledge of SQL, data analysis, and reporting.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Rally, and collaboration tools.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in platform modernization, digital transformation, financial services, payments, or risk systems is preferred.
