Elevated Hires is recruiting a Product Manager specializing in power electronics and thermal-management solutions. This role will lead North American product strategy, roadmap development, go-to-market execution, and lifecycle growth across industrial markets.
The ideal candidate combines technical knowledge with strong commercial judgment and the ability to align customers, engineering teams, sales organizations, channel partners, and executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Own product vision, strategy, positioning, roadmaps, pricing, and revenue targets.
Gather customer insights, identify market needs, and translate problems into product opportunities.
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for North American markets.
Champion products internally and externally with sales, applications, channel partners, and customers.
Collaborate with engineering and global product teams to prioritize requirements and guide product development.
Develop business cases using market research, competitive intelligence, customer data, and financial analysis.
Manage products throughout their lifecycle, including introduction, adoption, growth, and optimization.
Build relationships with executive leadership, customers, strategic partners, and industry organizations.
Represent the organization at trade shows, professional events, and customer meetings.
Monitor industry trends and help influence future product and technology direction.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related discipline.
At least five years of product management experience involving power electronics, thermal-management products, or related technologies.
Strong technical understanding of power-conversion technologies, including:
AC/DC, DC/DC, and DC/AC converters
Drives and charging systems
EC fans, liquid cooling, pumps, and solenoids
Experience with market research, business-case development, data analysis, and product planning.
Demonstrated ability to establish pricing, product roadmaps, revenue targets, and commercialization strategies.
Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder-influence skills.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to commercial and nontechnical audiences.
Familiarity with industrial markets such as HVACR, appliances, food and beverage, material handling, off-road equipment, CNC, energy, packaging, or oil and gas.
Self-directed and capable of managing multiple initiatives in a global, cross-functional environment.
Ability to travel approximately 20–30%.
Mandarin-language proficiency is a plus.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
