5+ years of experience in Product Line Design with Apparel performance wear products.
Open to streetwear if they have a strong passion for basketball.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Must-Have Skills
Basketball industry or culture experience; has a passion for basketball.
Knows how things get from point A to B and can take a project from start to finish.
Getting Geo feedback and implementing those changes into the design.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Self-starter who can hit the ground running, takes initiative to learn processes, and takes on new challenges.
Comfortable working in fluid and ambiguous environments.
Strong communication skills.
Experience working highly cross-functionally with Geo teams.
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all seniority levels.
