Summary:
The IT Product Manager I will be part of the Customer Account and Identity (CAI) team, responsible for managing customer identity and account management experiences for both customers and employees. This includes front-end and back-end development, as well as database creation and management. The role requires collaboration with various teams to enhance customer-facing experiences for account management, sign-in, and creation.
 
Responsibilities
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog.
  • Create epics and user stories.
  • Gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications for the development team.
  • Build business cases to support project initiatives.
  • Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Facilitate communication within the team and with external teams, including status reporting.
 
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in requirements gathering and creation.
  • Strong internal and external communication skills.
  • Ability to collect and analyze data effectively.
  • Project management skills.
  • Ability to convey the 'why' behind the work through storytelling.
 
Skills
  • Experience in product management.
  • Proficiency in data analysis.
  • Experience using AI tools for productivity.
 
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $54.00 - $54.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
