Responsibilities of the Product Manager
Category Leadership & Growth
Develop and execute product assortment, pricing strategy, and vendor partnerships
Identify market gaps and expand product offerings
Lead the development and rollout of company-branded equipment
Vendor & Brand Management
Negotiate pricing, programs, and terms with manufacturers
Manage and grow relationships with key partners (Bartell, Lavina, Husqvarna, etc.)
Optimize product mix and positioning across all locations
Team Development & Enablement
Train and develop sales teams across all locations on equipment and systems
Provide technical expertise and field support to drive confidence and performance
Influence store-level sales teams through training, ride-alongs, and coaching
Build scalable training programs, SOPs, and sales playbooks
Recruit and lead specialized equipment/surface prep sales talent as the division grows
