Title: Product Manage (Marketing technology (MarTech) Experience

About the Role

We're looking for a highly driven Product Manager to lead the development of innovative, customer-facing digital products at the intersection of creator ecosystems and marketing technology.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong product thinking with hands-on execution and has experience building or shipping AI-powered features. You'll work cross-functionally to define product strategy, drive roadmaps, and deliver impactful solutions that serve creators, brands, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for creator-focused products

Translate customer, creator, and business needs into clear product requirements and measurable outcomes

Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, Data, and Marketing teams

Own end-to-end product lifecycle - from discovery and ideation to launch and iteration

Drive AI-native development and agile processes including sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, and retrospectives

Leverage data, user insights, and experimentation to inform product decisions

Communicate product vision and progress effectively to stakeholders, including senior leadership

Required Qualifications

5+ years of product management experience with a strong track record of delivering customer-facing digital products

Hands-on experience with marketing technology (MarTech), including affiliate, social, or digital marketing platforms

Proven experience building or shipping AI-powered features or products

Strong product thinking with the ability to connect problems, solutions, and measurable impact

Experience working in Agile product environments

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while balancing strategy and execution

Availability to work Pacific Time (PST) hours

Preferred / Nice to Have

Retail or e-commerce industry experience

Experience working with creator ecosystems or influencer platforms

Exposure to experimentation, analytics, and growth/product metrics
