Manage product portfolio and product life cycle management (PLCM) for diesel products with focus on "Go-To-Source" activities such as: phase-in, phase-out, engineering change requests, product variant management, complexity reduction, relocation management with plants and sales growth opportunities. Lead the 2030 sales growth strategy within the product management team. Analyze customer and market requirements (technical, commercial) with a product focus on diesel products such as injectors and pumps.
- Collaborate with Original Equipment (OE) to release products
- Lead goals and KPI's via project management excellence
- Coordinate part establishment for service parts
- Develop growth strategies and drive business opportunities and operational excellence for remanufacturing
- Develop pricing strategies and pricing support
- Provide support to internal customers to drive goal departmental strategic goals
- Coordinate and build strong working relationships with various internal stakeholders, including Original Equipment (OE) customers
EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND:
- Bachelor''s Degree in Automotive, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, or Business related field of study required.
- 3-5 years (E3) or 5+ (E4) years experience in marketing, product management, technical sales, or technical project management.
- Automotive / Diesel industry experience strongly desired.
- Prior experience with pricing strategy and P&L statements required.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Demonstrated strengths in project management, analytical skills and problem solving skills.
- A self-starter, highly motivated, and capable of working in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to read, understand, and communicate technical documentation across various audiences.
- Experience with PowerBI, Microsoft Excel, Pivot Tables and Power Point.
- SAP and experience with Bosch OE and MA processes preferred.
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically & internationally (10%)

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $83,000 - $120,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.
