Product Manager - Sr

Title: Product content manager 
Duration: 12 months

Salary Range: $55 - $60 hr. W2 

Introduction
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Product Content Manager (Writer). This role is crucial in developing and managing product content and documentation to enhance product education, adoption, and implementation.

Required Skills & Qualifications
5 years of experience in product content and document creation for internal and external audiences.
Strong initiative and ownership skills.
Ability to influence content, drive documentation strategy, and enhance user experience.
Previous experience in payments/fintech is preferred.
Must have previous client experience working for this customer in the past 5 years.
Required Qualifications
•    7+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Knowledge Management, Product Marketing, Technical Writing, Product Documentation, or Go-to-Market Enablement. 
•    Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. 
•    Experience creating customer-facing and internal product documentation. 
•    Strong project management and stakeholder management skills. 
•    Ability to manage multiple documentation initiatives simultaneously. 
•    Experience collaborating across Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Client Success organizations. 
•    Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. 
•    Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly messaging. 
•    Experience within: 
o    Payments 
o    Financial Services 
o    FinTech 
o    Banking Technology 
•    Knowledge of: 
o    Fraud prevention 
o    Authentication 
o    Transaction Risk 
o    Tokenization 
o    Commercial Payments 
•    Experience supporting global products across regions such as North America, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. 
•    Familiarity with financial services regulations and compliance frameworks including: 
o    PCI 
o    KYC 
o    Payment compliance 
o    Regional financial regulations 
•    Experience working with digital payment products or digital wallets is a plus. 
•    Experience managing content repositories or content management systems. 
•    Exposure to AI-powered content creation or documentation tools. 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Create product content and documents to assist in product education and adoption.
Help establish a content framework to meet end-user requirements.
Consolidate and standardize content from multiple sources.
Collaborate with different products and technology teams.
Ensure documentation meets the needs of multiple audiences in the payments ecosystem.
Provide thought leadership around user experience and interaction with products.
