As Amazon Music's Acquisition Product Manager - Tech you will be responsible for building and developing novel acquisition levers such as new promotions, channels, and partnerships that delight customers. You will work with stakeholders across Amazon to curate world-class subscription experiences for millions of customers worldwide.

To do this, you will start by developing a comprehensive understanding of customer expectations and aspirations. You will then draft documents to describe plans, goals, and solutions including PR FAQs, annual and quarterly plans, feature requirements, resourcing asks, and more.

You will analyze data, develop insights, define the purchase experience, measure engagement, retention, and business impact. You will rally your partners including UX, Finance, and Marketing on your vision to deliver a world class experience for our customers.

You will write feature requirements, review technical designs, and work across teams to craft disruptive solutions for complex problems. You will conduct experiments and analyze and report results, strategically developing insights that change and steer investments and strategies. You will evangelize and report on the performance in weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual business reviews.

Key job responsibilities

  • Write and deliver the requirement that enable your team to develop products, features and infrastructure
  • Maintain and continuously prioritize your team"s backlog and roadmap based on data and customers" needs
  • Write narratives to advocate for and justify product launches / changes
  • Plan and define the long term vision of your product areas of ownership
  • Build and improve a working relationship with your partners and stakeholders
  • Contribute to and develop the team"s processes/mechanisms
  • Regularly participate in stand-ups, design reviews and other meetings with engineers, and contribute to the discussion to ensure a high quality bar
