**Company :** Highmark Health **Job Description :** **JOB SUMMARY** The Product Manager, Behavioral Health & Wellness will be instrumental in shaping the fundamental value proposition of our behavioral health and wellness products within the Utilization Management function. This role encompasses developing the product vision, creating comprehensive execution plans, and securing alignment from key stakeholders. Leveraging your expertise in healthcare and health insurance, you will guide the product's lifecycle from conception to delivery, actively engaging with the Delivery team during sprint and milestone reviews to ensure successful execution. **This role can be hybrid or remote. If you are within 50 miles of an office you are required to be hybrid onsite 3 days a week. T, W, Th.** **ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES** + Understand the department's and the company's strategic roadmap and competitive position, and develops a holistic product vision and the corresponding product strategy to drive maximum value.
