FullEnrich helps businesses find the emails and phone numbers of the people they want to reach by aggregating 20+ data providers into a waterfall that tests each source in sequence. More than 6,500 customers use it, including AWS, Shopify, Deel and HubSpot.

Founded in 2023, FullEnrich grew ARR from under $7M to about $17M this year on limited funding, adds around 2,000 product-led signups a week and has a team of about 50 across the US and Europe.

The Role

FullEnrich is hiring a Product Manager (3+ years) to own the Waterfall and launch its developer platform, two products that feed each other, as the company aims to become the go-to-market data layer for humans and AI agents.

What You Will Do

• Own the Waterfall product and its coverage and quality outcomes.
• Launch and grow the developer platform and API as a product in its own right.
• Shape pricing and go-to-market with sales and growth.
• Use data and hands-on AI building to ship quickly.

• 3+ years as a B2B product manager
• Shipped a zero-to-one product line
• Product, go-to-market and pricing thinking
• Data-driven and hands-on with AI tools

Nice to Have

• Go-to-market software (CRM, sales engagement, enrichment) or developer tools and APIs

REVENUE: 18.5% of first-year salary. Est. fee per hire $28K-$35K; 1 seat(s).
