Job Summary

This Product Manager role supports a leading financial institution's Cobrand credit card program on a BAU project-based engagement. The successful candidate will lead the Cobrand credit card product roadmap by gathering customer insights, defining and prioritizing features, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive products from ideation through discovery while monitoring performance and communicating progress to stakeholders. The role operates within a collaborative team of four and involves a high degree of stakeholder interaction approximately 80% of the day is spent in meetings engaging with both internal and external partners. This position offers extension and conversion possibilities and the opportunity to work for a leading financial institution in a collaborative, Agile work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Cobrand credit card product roadmap by gathering customer insights, defining and prioritizing features, and ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive products from ideation through discovery
• Monitor performance and communicate progress to stakeholders
• Define and prioritize product backlogs
• Drive products through the discovery phase
• Manage stakeholder relationships and present updates and insights to leaders

Required Skills

• 5 7 years of relevant experience in Banking/Financial Services (required)
• Agile capabilities, including proficiency with Jira and Confluence
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Exceptional communication skills written and verbal
• Strong decision-making skills
• Presentation skills ability to present to leaders

Preferred Skills

• Financial planning and modeling, including conducting cost-benefit analyses to support product investment decisions

Required Experience

• 5 7 years of relevant experience with a proven track record of defining product roadmaps, gathering customer and user insights, prioritizing backlogs, and driving products through the discovery phase
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
