Job Summary (List Format):
- Join the Women's Training Apparel creation team to manage and oversee product creation for women's training apparel, from elite to everyday athletes.
- Drive and define product vision and strategy that inspires both athletes and retail engagement.
- Lead product and design reviews, and guide cross-functional teams through the product creation process.
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external partners, including design, merchandising, sports marketing, and consumers.
- Gather and apply insights from athletes and consumers for product development and approval.
- Develop compelling visual tools to influence design and merchandising partners.
- Participate in key strategy check-ins and cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment and progress.
- Maintain awareness of women's performance apparel trends and competitive landscape.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills; experience with bras preferred.
- Exhibit strategic thinking, balancing elite athlete performance with retail opportunities.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and 'one team' environment across functions.
- Navigate ambiguity and provide clear direction for teams.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Retail Merchandising, Business, or equivalent (additional 2 years' relevant experience acceptable).
- Minimum 6 years' relevant experience in product-related roles.
- Product management experience, especially in performance apparel, is a plus.E
