Description
Location: Remote
Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and planning through development, launch, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, architects, UX/UI designers, and delivery teams to define product requirements.
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize business needs, customer feedback, market trends, and product opportunities.
- Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable backlog items.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog based on strategic objectives, customer value, and business impact.
- Partner with Agile teams to ensure successful, timely, and high-quality product delivery.
- Facilitate product planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and stakeholder meetings.
- Define and monitor product success metrics, KPIs, and business outcomes.
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, constraints, and opportunities.
- Communicate product roadmap, progress, delivery status, and key decisions to leadership and stakeholders.
- Drive continuous product improvement through data-driven insights, customer feedback, and performance analysis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Product Ownership, or related roles.
- Proven experience managing enterprise digital products across the full product lifecycle.
- Strong experience with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Expertise in product strategy, roadmap planning, backlog management, and requirements definition.
