Job Opportunity
Develop and execute strategic growth plans for the automotive market, aligning commercial activities with overall business objectives. Build and strengthen relationships with automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers to identify and win new business opportunities. Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to drive market share growth and guide business strategy. Collaborate with product management, operations, engineering, and sales teams to ensure successful execution of growth initiatives. Influence new product development by translating customer and market needs into innovative solutions. Lead marketing programs, campaigns, and value proposition development to generate demand and support customer acquisition efforts. Support the sales process through customer presentations, project coordination, trade shows, and industry thought-leadership activities. Manage and develop a team of market managers while driving global account penetration and revenue growth.

The Successful Applicant
- 4+ years of experience selling or marketing highly engineered products into the automotive industry.
- Proven track record developing relationships with automotive OEMs and suppliers.
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to identify market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
- Experience driving revenue growth, business development initiatives, and market share expansion.
- Comfortable leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders across sales, engineering, operations, and product management.
- Demonstrated success launching new products, developing go-to-market strategies, or influencing product roadmaps.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing, mentoring, or developing commercial teams.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of engaging executive-level customers and internal leadership.
- Data-driven decision maker who can leverage market intelligence, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to shape strategy.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience supporting complex technical sales cycles involving customized engineering solutions.
- Comfortable traveling up to 25-50% to meet customers, attend industry events, and support global business initiatives.
