Your Purpose - You will be responsible for creating effective internal and external marketing campaigns that drive our brand messaging, promote the value of our products and services, and deepen relationships with our members.

What You'll Do:

To succeed in the position, you must be able to satisfactorily perform common, uncommon and complex occurrences of each of the following under general supervision from your manager:

• Serve as day-to-day strategic partner to functional areas and the branch network: build marketing plans/campaigns that achieve key business outcomes.
• Engage across marketing to bring these plans to life utilizing all channels, including: print, digital, video, web and social media.
• Support overall content strategy and lead the day-to-day content delivery for all marketing messages to our members.
• Function as marketing point person for day-to-day data analytic work, partnering cross-functionally with key owners to measure our success on marketing programs.
• Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues across departments and branches to deliver optimal and efficient service to our members. Uphold a standard of professionalism actively fostering positive relationships internally and externally.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the credit union’s products and services, ensuring compliance with applicable Federal and State laws, Credit Union banking regulations, and OE Federal Credit Union’s policies and procedures and current promotions.
• Occasional travel and work outside of normal business hours, including the weekend, may be required.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Ideal Candidate Will Posses:   

• High School Diploma/GED and minimum 1 year of work experience in a similar role required. Associates degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations or related field preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills required.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop and Microsoft Office strongly preferred; proficiency with Wordpress, Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, preferred.
• Strong professional knowledge of social and digital media preferred.
• Experience working cross-functionally as a key marketing lead to drive enterprise wide marketing work/complete projects (build plans, deliver work, measure results).
• Demonstrated experience with problem solving to adjust projects/work based on changing organizational or business dynamics.
• Experience making new marketing recommendations and bringing ideas to the table.        

Salary Range: $25.85 - S30.98

OE Federal Credit Union offers competitive compensation. The offered salary considers experience, education, training, internal peer equity, job location and other business considerations when extending an offer. The salary outlined is based on working in Livermore, California. The salary range will adjust to the applicant's work location. In addition to competitive salaries:
