Our client, an innovative technology company focused on advanced power conversion and power delivery solutions is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to oversee product lifecycle activities from launch through end-of-life, with a strong emphasis on customer experience, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full product lifecycle for a broad portfolio of power electronics products

  • Lead new product introduction (NPI) activities and support go-to-market execution with sales and channel teams

  • Collaborate with marketing to support product launches, promotional initiatives, and sales enablement programs

  • Develop and maintain pricing strategies aligned with market positioning and business objectives

  • Partner with engineering and operations teams to maintain product and marketing systems accuracy

  • Oversee and improve customer sample programs and product readiness processes

  • Create product-related training materials and customer-facing content

  • Ensure sales teams and channel partners are equipped with the tools and information necessary to support new business opportunities

  • Drive continuous improvement across customer-facing operational processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or a related field

  • 10+ years of experience in technical marketing, product marketing, technical sales, or related roles

  • Experience working with sales organizations and channel/distribution partners

  • Background in content development, product positioning, and sales enablement

  • Experience within power electronics, semiconductors, industrial technology, or related technical industries preferred

  • Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities

  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or equivalent systems

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams

  • Results-oriented with a proactive, hands-on approach

  • Continuous improvement mindset with strong operational focus
