Develop and maintain competitive intelligence for information technology service management software markets by conducting qualitative and quantitative research on competitor strategy, capabilities, and positioning. Synthesize industry trends, customer feedback, and third-party analyst research into actionable insights for go-to-market teams. Create competitive positioning frameworks, differentiation narratives, and objection-handling guidance to support enterprise sales motions. Produce and maintain competitive enablement assets such as battle cards, feature comparison matrices, competitive frequently asked questions, and pitch decks. Deliver competitive enablement training sessions to sales, solutions engineering, and customer success teams and update content based on field feedback. Partner with product management and marketing stakeholders to incorporate competitive insights into product launches and go-to-market plans.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Master’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration and 36 months of experience.
