Our client, a SaaS technology company based in Boston, is hiring a Product Marketing Manager to lead positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for its core product line. This role sits at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing, and is responsible for translating product capabilities into clear customer value propositions.
The Product Marketing Manager will own launch planning, competitive analysis, and sales enablement materials, working closely with product managers and the sales team to ensure consistent messaging across all channels. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who can move between strategic planning and tactical execution.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in the company's downtown Boston office, reporting to the Director of Marketing.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new product releases
- Create messaging frameworks and positioning documents for core products
- Conduct competitive research and translate findings into actionable insights
- Partner with sales teams to build enablement content and training materials
- Collaborate with product managers to understand roadmap priorities
- Produce case studies, sales decks, and product one-pagers
- Analyze customer feedback and win loss data to refine positioning
- Present launch results and market insights to leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 5 or more years of experience in product marketing or related role
- Experience in B2B SaaS or technology industry preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to translate technical product features into customer benefits
- Experience partnering with sales and product teams
- Proficiency with marketing tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Comfortable presenting to senior leadership
