Job Description:
Client is seeking a strategic, customer-focused, and data-driven Product Marketing Manager to join its Pricing, Packaging, and Offers Strategy team.
This role is responsible for developing and optimizing customer offers that drive subscriber growth, strengthen customer value, and maximize long-term profitability across acquisition, existing customer, retention, and SVOD portfolios.
The position requires combining analytical expertise, financial acumen, and marketing strategy to shape client's offer portfolio.
The candidate will partner with strategy owners to challenge assumptions, refine offer concepts, and identify better solutions before execution.
Responsibilities- Challenge and validate assumptions and partner with strategy owners to refine offer concepts before business cases are developed.
- Develop business cases and financial models that evaluate acquisition, existing customer, retention, and SVOD offers.
- Evaluate offers across products, channels, customer segments, and lifecycle touchpoints.
- Build forecasts and financial models using sound assumptions when data is limited or ambiguous.
- Partner with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Analytics, and Product teams to develop and execute offer strategies.
- Deliver executive-ready insights and presentations that simplify complex analyses and support strategic decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 5+ years of marketing experience in the entertainment industry.
- Self-directed, organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lead projects across multiple organizations such as IT, Sales Operations, and Marketing.
- Ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience presenting and interacting with all levels of management.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Flexibility to accommodate change and adapt accordingly.
- Leadership qualities including team motivation and overcoming roadblocks.
- Experience with conflict resolution, senior leader relationship management, and risk mitigation.
- Client and/or U-verse billing and ordering experience or equivalent.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Power BI.
- Tableau.

- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; SQL/Snowflake and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) are a plus.
- Collaborative mindset with the curiosity and business judgment to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Background in pricing and offers, subscription, streaming, or recurring revenue businesses is preferred.
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related field preferred.
