A Sneak Peek of Your Role 

This is a fully remote role. 

The Product Marketing Manager plays a key role in driving product adoption, engagement, and retention across Instinct’s portfolio. This role is responsible for developing clear product positioning, leading go-to-market initiatives, and ensuring consistent messaging that resonates with veterinary professionals.

Partnering closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams, the Product Marketing Manager translates product capabilities into compelling value propositions and customer-facing narratives. By combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution, this role helps ensure new features and products launch successfully, strengthens market positioning, and supports Instinct’s continued growth in the veterinary technology space.

What You'll Do ️

• Own go-to-market end to end for new products, features, and segment expansions: strategy, messaging, and execution across marketing, sales, and partner channels..
• Run point across Product, Sales, Demand Generation, and Customer Success teams aligning priorities behind shared outcomes.
• Play a leadership role in setting priorities across a wide portfolio, and getting all functional teams aligned with product marketing and go-to-market priorities to maximize business outcomes..
• Own internal launch readiness, from the operational details needed to execute effectively and on time, to the enablement customer-facing teams need to be successful.
• Craft compelling, benefit-driven messaging that communicates product and feature value and aligns with our brand voice. 
• Analyze competitor positioning and product offerings to inform our strategic differentiation and  identify opportunities and threats.
• Stay close to veterinary teams through customer conversations, product feedback, and win/loss research, and bring what you learn back to Product and Marketing.
• Equip the sales team with tools, training, and sales enablement materials, including battle cards, product guides, and competitive analysis. 
• Host regular training sessions and webinars to keep Customer Success, Sales, and our Customers informed about product updates. 
• Scale how product marketing operates as the portfolio grows, building the frameworks and standards for repeatable processes for a high-growth company..
• Analyze the performance and impact of product marketing initiatives, testing new approaches and letting the results shape what comes next.

Who You Are ‍

Must Haves:

• 3+ years of Product Marketing Management experience in an entrepreneurial, early-stage start-up or growth-stage environment, ideally in SaaS/Cloud software.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, with a "roll up the sleeves" attitude
• Customer-first mindset, focused on empathizing with customers’ problems and aligning the team around their use cases.
• Working familiarity with AI, whether through marketing an AI-based product or through hands-on daily use.
• Creative problem solving skills, ability to work with ambiguity, and manage multiple problem areas in parallel.
• Focus on outcomes over outputs, setting meaningful goals for your team aligned with company objectives.
• Exceptional written and interpersonal communication skills. You focus on the “why” and share the right level of context whether you’re talking to your engineering team, a customer, or an executive.

The compensation range for this role is $125,000 - $150,000. Actual compensation will be determined through a variety of factors including the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
