From there, you dive into active programs, working closely with engineering, operations, and supply chain to resolve challenges, manage dependencies, and keep execution on track. Throughout the day, you engage with customers and internal stakeholders, providing clear updates, aligning expectations, and translating needs into actionable plans while supporting broader business priorities such as opportunity evaluation and profitability. You continuously drive alignment, remove blockers, and ensure accountability across teams, while maintaining structured tracking, closing action items, and preparing for upcoming milestones all with a disciplined, organized approach that keeps complex programs moving forward.
