Job Description:
This role focuses on driving product-led growth through data-driven experimentation, financial modeling, and cross-functional collaboration.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Design and execute A/B and multivariate experiments to drive growth
• Partner with data science to define metrics, dashboards, and insights
• Build and maintain financial models (ROI, LTV/CAC) with finance teams
• Develop experimentation roadmaps tied to business outcomes
• Collaborate with product and engineering to influence roadmap decisions
• Analyze funnel performance and optimize lifecycle metrics
• Present findings and strategies to stakeholders and leadership

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in product marketing, product management, or growth roles
• Strong experimentation experience (A/B testing, hypothesis-driven development)
• Proven ability to define success metrics and measurement frameworks
• Experience working with data science/analytics teams and large datasets
• Financial modeling experience (ROI, LTV/CAC, P&L influence)
• Background in tech, SaaS, marketplace, or product-led growth environments
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders in complex environments
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills

• Experience at large-scale tech companies
• SQL or hands-on data analysis experience
• Background transitioning from product to growth marketing
• Experience in subscription or consumer tech businesses
