    About the role

    You'll be an important part of the global Product Marketing team, leading the go-to-market strategy for Redgate's Database Change Management portfolio. This is a commercially-facing role and your primary partnerships are with sales leadership, enterprise sales teams, regional marketing and global marketing teams. You'll serve as the critical conduit between the US market and our UK-based Product teams, bringing enterprise buyer, competitor and market intelligence that shapes Redgate’s global product and go-to-market strategy.

    What makes you a great fit

    • An experienced marketing professional with proven success partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams on go-to-market initiatives, ideally within a B2B technology company with enterprise sales cycles, complex buying groups or technical/developer-focused audiences.

    • Ability to turn market research, competitive analysis, and customer research into clear messaging and positioning for external customers and insights that inform product roadmaps.

    • Demonstrated experience working as a strategic partner to sales teams, with an ability to influence and enable senior sellers and sales leadership.

    • Strong stakeholder management skills, with a track record of building cross functional alignment, trust and influence.

    • T-shaped marketing skills; ability to combe core product marketing expertise (positioning, messaging, competitive intelligence) with a broad understanding of demand gen, customer lifecycle marketing, ABM and sales enablement.

    • Self-starter with an organized approach to managing workload and projects, possessing excellent communication skills and comfortable communicating to stakeholders at all role levels.
