Product Marketing Manager | Low Power Radar

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our Low Power Radar - Automotive team! This role sits in TI''s Low Power Radar - automotive business line, focused on fast-growing automotive applications: in-cabin monitoring, kick-to-open sensing, parking assist, blind spot detection, and door obstacle detection. Our marketing team owns customer opportunities end-to-end - from demand creation and initial exploration through device evaluation, design-in, and revenue management - developing product positioning, gathering customer feedback, and driving cross-functional action across technical, sales, and operations teams to close gaps and grow the business.

This role includes:

• Strategic Leadership: Driving global product and pricing strategies to maximize market competitiveness and revenue growth.
• Go-to-Market Execution: Direct the development and deployment of comprehensive Go-to-Market (GTM) programs, including promotional activities and global product launches.
• Market Intelligence: Conduct rigorous assessments of existing and emerging markets to identify growth opportunities and align technical product development with market needs.
• Team Development: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of experienced Product Marketing engineers, ensuring continuous talent development and operational excellence.
• Global Business Development: Spearhead worldwide customer acquisition initiatives.
• Sales enablement: Through your team, build a strong brand for LPR-A products with the TI field sales/applications team.

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor''s degree in relevant engineering field such as Electrical Engineering, ECE, Computer Engineering, etc.
• 3+ years of relevant engineering experience including experience leading teams

Preferred qualifications:

• Passion for leading and developing others
• 2+ years of experience in a demand create role at TI
• Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders critical to success, both internally and externally
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
• Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
• Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
• Understanding of embedded systems
