Product Marketing Manager (SaaS)
Primary Job Duties- Own and articulate differentiated product positioning and messaging for our solutions.
- Be the expert on our buyers, who they are, how they buy and their key buying criteria.
- Create and maintain product collateral (presentations, product videos, web copy, etc).
- Position products and features, including developing and maintaining our key differentiators, value propositions and messaging.
- Develop product positioning, messaging, and core use cases / case studies within each targeted vertical.
- Lead the competitive intelligence program, including research, analysis, and dissemination of insights (battlecards, competitive training, and presenting findings to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders).
- Collaborate with Product and Strategy teams to inform product roadmaps, based on industry trends and competitor movements—product launches, pricing changes, partnerships, messaging, etc.
- Work with Product to coordinate and lead product launches.
- Enable our sales teams with materials such as objection handling, pitch decks, one-pagers, stats, and training sessions that improve conversion rates.
- Support the Enterprise Sales team by developing custom positioning and materials to engage target accounts as needed.
- Partner with demand generation teams to create campaigns that drive awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. Work closely with design to optimize marketing assets for conversions.
- Collaborate with relationship managers, support, and customer marketing to ensure successful product adoption.
- Define and track key performance metrics related to product marketing effectiveness and use data-driven insights to optimize messaging, launches, and resources.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in healthcare payments or revenue cycle management functions in healthcare.
- Proven experience running or contributing to competitive intelligence programs, market research, and customer insights gathering.
- Exceptional storytelling, writing, and presentation skills.
- Experience successfully extracting value-based messaging from technical product specs; experience in content marketing.
- Experience developing and presenting different types of content (one-pagers, sales decks, website content and demo videos)
- Highly motivated, results-driven, acts tactically.
- Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, especially Product, Sales and Marketing.
- Familiarity with product-led growth or sales-assisted go-to-market strategies is a plus.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
