Product Marketing Executive: Global Solutions

Overview

ADP is hiring a Product Marketing Executive: Global Solutions.

At this pivotal moment in our growth, ADP is looking for a visionary product marketing executive who will define how our Global Solutions portfolio shows up in the market. This leader will shape the narratives, positioning, demonstrations, and go-to-market strategies for solutions, including ADP Global Payroll, Workforce Management, ADP Lyric HCM, and Employer Services International.

This is an opportunity to define the next generation of Product Marketing at ADP. Beyond leading a portfolio, this executive will shape how product strategy is translated into market narratives, commercial activation, and differentiated customer experiences. Success will require building scalable capabilities, strengthening partnerships across Product, Sales, and Marketing, and establishing an operating model that enables consistent commercialization across a complex global portfolio.

Leading a talented team of product marketing professionals, you'll partner closely with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and business leaders to influence product strategy, accelerate commercial success, and build a world-class product marketing organization. Success in this role means creating differentiated experiences, demonstrations, and go-to-market strategies that are so compelling and customer-centric they become synonymous with ADP's leadership in global human capital management. This role reports to ADP's Vice President of Product Marketing.

What You'll Do

On a typical day, you will:

  • Define the product marketing vision and strategy for ADP's Global Solutions portfolio, establishing the market positioning, commercialization strategy, and customer value propositions that differentiate ADP, emotionally resonate with buyers, and accelerate business growth.
  • Build, coach, and inspire a high-performing team of product marketing leaders, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous development while raising the bar for product marketing excellence across the organization.
  • Establish a world-class product storytelling capability that translates complex technologies into simple, compelling narratives focused on buyer outcomes, supported by differentiated demonstrations and customer experiences that reinforce ADP's market leadership.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across Product Management, Analyst Relations, Sales, Marketing, Corporate Communications, and regional teams to deliver cohesive, customer-centric go-to-market strategies.
  • Shape ADP's product presence at our highest-profile internal and external events, defining the narratives, demonstrations, and customer experiences that showcase our innovation and market leadership at events like ADP ReThink, ADP Meeting of the Minds, HR Tech, UNLEASH, and other strategic industry forums.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to develop enablement strategies, tools, messaging, and demonstrations that equip customer-facing teams to confidently communicate ADP's value, differentiate in competitive markets, and drive commercial success.
  • Influence executive stakeholders across highly matrixed organizations, building alignment and driving strategic initiatives from concept through execution.
  • Champion the voice of the customer, translating evolving market needs into positioning, messaging, and commercialization strategies that accelerate awareness, adoption, and growth.
  • Establish meaningful performance metrics that help prioritize investments, measure team effectiveness, and demonstrate the business impact of product marketing initiatives.
  • Represent ADP externally through thought leadership and strategic initiatives that strengthen our position as a leader in global HCM and workforce technology.
