The Product Marketing Specialist serves as the critical link between Bel’s Product Management team and the broader Marketing organization. This role ensures that the Marketing team is fully informed, aligned, and equipped to bring new products to market effectively—and to capitalize on promotional opportunities across the product portfolio. More than a coordinator, this person is a strategic connector translating product roadmap insights into actionable marketing plans, surfacing opportunities for growth, and driving accountability across cross-functional teams. Success in this role requires a blend of project management, strong communication skills, and the ability to think commercially strategically about product positioning and marketing opportunity. Are You Looking To: Own and manage the NPI Program, establishing and maintaining processes that ensure new products launch on time, with the right level of promotional support Serve as the primary liaison between Product Management and the Marketing team, translating product briefs and roadmap updates into clear marketing requirements and priorities Schedule, facilitate, and lead NPI meetings with Product Management and Marketing stakeholders; maintain meeting cadence and drive accountability on action items Ensure Product Management provides complete and accurate product information (per the NPI Brief) needed to develop marketing assets; identify gaps where product features or capabilities do not align with current structures (e.g., website categories, parametric search, messaging frameworks, product photography), and proactively drive recommendations for updates Maintain the NPI project calendar, prioritizing tasks across Product Management, Marketing, and Web teams to support on-schedule launches Are You Ready To: Create, assign, and track NPI tasks in the project management system; escalate risks or blockers proactively Generate quarterly NPI launch reports to track program performance and identify process improvements Continuously evaluate and improve NPI workflows; champion process consistency across the team Maintain an ongoing understanding of Bel’s product roadmap across divisions by working closely with Product Management Proactively share roadmap updates and upcoming product plans with the Marketing team to enable advance planning of campaigns, content, and promotional activities
