What you’ll be doing…

As the Senior Manager of Product Marketing on the Visible & Portfolio Strategy team, you will play a pivotal strategic role in driving cross-functional alignment, portfolio roadmap strategy, brand value propositions, and operational execution across mobile initiatives, connected devices, house of brands, channel strategy, and OEM partnerships.

This role bridges executive decision-making with end-to-end execution, partnering closely with business unit leaders, marketing teams, CMI, capital planning, and external strategic partners to optimize portfolio performance.

Your core functions will include: 

• Serving as the business unit liaison through regular syncs with leadership, competitive analyses, and executive deck creation.
• Collaborating with cross-functional partners across brand, CMI, implementation, and leadership to drive product and capital planning strategies.
• Leading House of Brands strategy, coordinating stakeholders, and connecting market sizing, segmentation, and key initiatives.
• Aligning channel leads and brand leads on annual strategy while integrating marketing and base teams.
• Managing OEM support through weekly and bi-weekly syncs, monthly partner meetings, and external support decks.
  

Strategy 

• Develop new mobile value props and actively participate in the approval process.
• Drive Connected Devices strategy, capital planning, and execution in partnership with brand and implementation leads.
• Identify phased strategies for House of Brands with a strong focus on market segmentation and sizing.
• Establish formal processes to unify channel strategy across brand, marketing, and base teams.
• Oversee OEM partner relationships, meetings, and external presentation support.

What You'll be doing...

You'll need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Six or more years of relevant experience demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
• Strong analytic approach and bias for data-based judgment. Experience leveraging consumer insights to drive product decisions.
• Attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and G-Suite products.
• Self-motivated, curious, and capable of adapting quickly to changing priorities.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• Master’s degree. Ideally, an MBA.
• Management consulting or product management experience.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience designing and working with marketing research, research strategy, or consumer research methodologies to gain broader or deeper consumer and market insights.
• Experience in the wireless or telecommunications industry (preferably in the prepay sector).
• Experience in strategy development.
• Excellent presentation development skills.
• Demonstrated executive presence and influence skills.
• High proficiency with SQL.
• Willingness to travel domestically.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, which will be set by your manager. Employees are responsible for maintaining compliance with hybrid work policies.

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.

The annual salary range for the location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $115,500.00 - $201,000.00.
