Job Description

Pay Range: $13.00hr - $18.00hr

Job Overview:

The candidate will be responsible for supporting merchandising activities at the designated facility, including inventory upkeep and display maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stock, maintain, and clean sunglasses and fixtures on the client's property.
  • Follow strict appearance and conduct guidelines.
  • Maintain and clean all sunglasses and fixtures daily.
  • Complete inventory when required.
  • Follow Planogram set up.
  • Keep stock areas neat and clean at all times.
  • Adapt to changing job scope based on business needs.
  • Work in all types of weather.
  • Ability to work independently without constant supervision.

  • Contribute to the organization's sustainability goals and mission of improving lives by improving sight.
  • Ensure all business decisions and actions align with the organization's sustainability goals and mission.

Skills, Competencies, and Experience:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Follow organizational conduct guidelines and successfully pass a background check.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week during daytime hours.
  • Willingness to work most weekends.
  • Willingness to work on select holidays.
  • Must have access to a computer or smartphone.
  • Autonomous, with strong ability to work effectively in multicultural, geographically dispersed teams.

Physical Requirements(Due to nature of job, The candidate must have):

  • Ability to work in all types of weather.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds regularly.
