    Product Operations Analyst
    Temporary | Remote | October 2025 February 2026 |

    ABOUT THE ROLE
    We are seeking a talented and driven Product Operations Analyst for a five-month temporary engagement (October through February) to cover an employee leave. This is a fully remote position offering a dynamic opportunity to contribute meaningfully to IT product delivery, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced technology environment.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
    Project Management & Delivery
    • Project manage IT solution delivery for new products and large feature requests, ensuring on-time and high-quality outcomes.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align on delivery timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
    • Identify and mitigate risks, resolve blockers, and escalate issues to ensure successful delivery.
    Work Planning & Requirements
    • Drive the work plan process to triage requests and engage business stakeholders to further define and clarify requirements.
    • Facilitate the creation and maintenance of project documentation including benefits management plans, project scorecards, cost-benefit analyses, and effort estimates.
    • Support Enterprise Architecture reviews through collaborative ideation sessions with IT Leads, documenting outcomes and providing detailed handoff information.
    • Create and submit requests for Information Security Vendor Risk Assessments and Security Architecture reviews, documenting decisions in Change Requests.
    Product Operations & Process Optimization
    • Monitor and manage the new product and large feature request intake process, providing regular status updates and communications to stakeholders.
    • Develop and maintain product dashboards, reports, and metrics to track product performance, user feedback, and market trends.
    • Identify opportunities to streamline request management, estimation, and delivery workflows.
    • Analyze existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks, proposing actionable solutions.
    • Create and document product workflows, processes, and best practices, facilitating agreement discussions on new approaches.
    • Maintain project tracking tools and project plans.
    • Collaborate closely with Agile and Waterfall teams, championing efficient principles by example.
    • Provide KPI-driven metrics on work plan statuses and team performance.
    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
    • 2+ years of Project Management experience.
    • Familiarity with Agile project management tools such as Jira or Azure Boards.
    • Familiarity with IT delivery processes and customer-facing project management.
    • Analytical mindset with a strong focus on process optimization and problem-solving.
    • Ability to understand and document detailed business requirements, clearly bridging business stakeholders and IT development teams.
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
    • Working knowledge of Agile Software Development Methodology and Scrum values and principles.
    • Skill in executing Agile principles in hybrid Waterfall/Agile environments.
    • Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
    • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute work under pressure in a fully remote environment.
    • Self-motivated and highly directed, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
    • Ability to diplomatically communicate with operational leaders and respond professionally to client inquiries and escalations.
    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
    • Experience with IT ticketing systems.
    • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
    • Knowledge of build vs. buy decision-making processes for new applications or features.
    • Prior experience in a software development environment.
    • Prior experience working within Agile teams.
