What you'll do
Lead discovery calls to surface painful workflows and synthesize them into clean, buildable Workers
Own the build pipeline in Linear - break down scope, flag dependencies with engineering, and update customers weekly
Talk credibly with engineers about connectors, data pipelines, and reliability - and translate build tradeoffs for customers
Test every Worker before go-live with the customer's real data - catch hallucinations, broken links, and malformed output
Build customer confidence by explaining the gates, source-tracing, and human controls behind every Worker
Spot the next Worker after the first one lands and grow early customers into multi-Worker accounts
Help the account executive (AE) team prioritize scopes - quick wins versus complex builds - so the team never overcommits
What we're looking for
2-5 years professional experience with fast learning and comfort in ambiguity
Strong people skills - thoughtful questions, active listening, plain-English technical explanations
Comfort with APIs, databases, and basic data flows
