About the Role
We are looking for a Product Analyst to join our growing Product team and play a critical execution role in bringing product ideas to life.

In this role, you won’t be setting product strategy—you’ll be the one ensuring it gets delivered cleanly, clearly, and efficiently. You’ll take finalized product briefs and transform them into structured, development-ready work—epics, features, and user stories—using modern Agile practices and AI-assisted tooling.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their product career who thrives on execution, clarity, and organization, and wants to build deep expertise in product operations within a fast-moving SaaS environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Translate approved product briefs into epics, features, and user stories using AI-enabled tools and Agile systems
  • Validate requirements through internal processes and align with Product Management prior to development
  • Ensure all work meets Definition of Ready standards before sprint planning
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and accurate backlog based on Product leadership direction
  • Track feature progress and communicate release readiness to stakeholders
  • Prepare and publish customer-facing release notes using standardized formats and AI tooling
  • Support internal release walkthroughs and documentation updates
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering and Quality Assurance to clarify implementation details
  • Maintain structured documentation across tools like Azure DevOps, Confluence, and SharePoint
  • Continuously improve workflows, especially around AI-assisted documentation and product structuring
What You Bring
  • 1–3 years of experience/interning in Product, Business Analysis, Project Coordination, or a SaaS/technology environment
  • Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce clear, testable, well-structured documentation
  • Working knowledge of software development processes and cloud-based platforms
  • Comfort using (or strong interest in using) AI tools to improve efficiency and output quality
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in parallel
Tools & Technology
  • Agile systems (Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar)
  • Documentation platforms (Confluence, SharePoint, Miro, etc.)
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • AI-assisted product and documentation tools
Nice to Have
  • Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
  • Experience working in cross-functional SaaS product teams
Why Join Us?
  • Work at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and AI-driven workflows
  • Gain hands-on experience in modern product operations practices
  • Be part of a collaborative team focused on clarity, execution, and continuous improvement
  • Opportunity for growth within Product Operations, Delivery, or broader Product roles
Additional Details
  • Travel: Minimal (<10%)
If you’re someone who loves turning ideas into structured, actionable work—and takes pride in making teams more effective—we’d love to talk.
