Position Overview

At Redo, we''re not just redefining returns; we''re shaping the entire customer experience

journey . Reverse Logistics is the part of the product that helps merchants and shoppers

navigate what happens after a purchase needs to come back.

AI has changed how product gets built here. The path from a customer complaint to a

shipped fix used to run through a backlog, a spec, a sprint, and a handoff . Now one person

with good judgment and the right tools can read the feedback, decide what matters, and

make the change themselves. W e''re building Product Operations around that, not around

the old process.

We''re hiring someone to build and run that operating system for Reverse Logistics. You''ll

turn messy signals into clear decisions and keep product, engineering, and design aligned

from discovery through delivery. The part most Product Ops roles stop at is where this

one keeps going: you''ll automate how feedback moves through the process, and then

close the loop by writing and shipping the code behind a lot of that feedback yourself.

This is a new function, so you''ll help define how it works, not just maintain the process.

Responsibilities

• Build and run the Product Operations operating system for Reverse Logistics

• Turn customer feedback, product data, and team input into clear priorities and decisions

• Automate the path from feedback to decision: pull signals out of support tickets, calls, and product data, group them, and put the result in front of the team without anyone assembling it by hand

• Write and ship code against that feedback, starting with the small fixes and quality-of-life changes and growing from there

• Use AI tooling across the whole loop, from research and analysis to prototypes and production changes, and raise the bar for how the rest of the team uses it

• Partner with product, engineering, and design to keep discovery , planning, and delivery aligned

• Establish lightweight processes for roadmap planning, team rituals, decision-making, and launch readiness

• Track and communicate the measures that show whether the product is improving for merchants and shoppers

• Surface risks, dependencies, and open decisions early so teams can move quickly

• Create feedback loops that help the team learn from shipped improvements and continuously improve how Product Operations works

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience

• 0-3 years of professional software engineering experience, including internships and serious side projects

• Comfortable writing production code, working with APIs, and debugging your own systems

• Hands-on experience building with LLMs, automation, internal tools, or product workflows, and a habit of reaching for them before doing work by hand

• Strong product instincts; able to understand customer problems and turn them into simple, useful solutions

• Clear writer and communicator who can explain technical tradeoffs and work effectively with product, design, and engineering

• Self-directed and resourceful; wants to own something from start to finish and be measured on the result

Preferred Qualifications

• You''ve shipped a product, internal tool, or automation used by real customers

• You''ve used AI coding tools to ship real changes, not just to draft or explore

• Experience with Type Script, Node.js, React, or AWS

• Familiarity with LLMs, agent workflows, evaluation, or automation

• Comfortable analyzing product and customer data, defining metrics, and guiding priorities products

• Background in e-commerce, returns, reverse logistics, or other workflow-heavy
