Location: Los Gatos, CA or Los Angeles, CA or Seattle, WA (Hybrid)
Pay Range: $45-$50/hr. on W2

Job Summary:

This role will focus on establishing and refining foundational product operations for a key commerce platform team. You will be instrumental in building robust processes and systems for operational cadences and portfolio visibility to ensure streamlined execution. The goal is to create a sustainable operating model that empowers the team to manage their work effectively long after the contract concludes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and document team operational standards.
• Design and pilot core operating cadences and templates.
• Implement portfolio-level operating processes for intake and tracking.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication on key dates and dependencies.
• Develop scalable workflows and tooling to reduce manual effort.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proven ability to design and document operational processes.
• Experience with establishing operating rhythms like OKRs and QBRs.
• Strong skills in building efficient workflows and tooling.

Domain / Industry Experience: Experience in consumer subscription, commerce/payments, identity, or lifecycle/growth domains is preferred.
