Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Product Owner to lead our Artificial Intelligence (AI) initiatives within the Digital Experience team. This full-time, temporary role will be responsible for driving AI discovery, exploration, and execution across digital channels, with a focus on enhancing customer experience, operational efficiency, and competitive differentiation.

- AI Strategy & Execution
- Lead the identification, prioritization, and execution of AI use cases across digital experience.
- Evaluate and pilot AI tools and technologies, including those supporting UX, content, and personalization.
- Develop scalable frameworks for AI implementation and governance.
- Customer Behavior & Market Intelligence
- Analyze evolving customer behaviors and expectations in digital shopping and servicing.
- Track search-related trends and their impact on digital engagement and conversion.
- Conduct competitive research and intelligence to benchmark AI and digital strategies.
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations for innovation and differentiation.
- AI Champion & Enablement
- Serve as the internal AI Champion for the Digital Experience team.
- Build and maintain a Test & Learn Library of AI experiments and outcomes.
- Host regular knowledge-sharing sessions (e.g., "Lunch & Learns”) to promote AI literacy and experimentation.
- Investigate and recommend AI-powered UX tools (e.g., AI crawling for usability insights).
- Define and document best practices for prompt engineering, user story refinement, and feature development.
- Establish consistent "must-do” AI practices across the team.
- Thought Leadership & Governance
- Develop a forward-looking AI Point of View (e.g., agentic experiences, future of websites).
- Collaborate on the creation of AI guardrails, especially for conversational interfaces and chat experiences.
- Ensure ethical, responsible, and privacy-conscious use of AI technologies.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, digital strategy, or innovation roles.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, tools, and applications in digital experience.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with customer journey mapping, UX research, or digital analytics.
- PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification.
- Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT, Adobe Sensei, Salesforce Einstein, or similar.
- Background in digital marketing, product management, or customer experience design.
